【專輯介紹】：影片根據約翰·卡林的作品《與敵人戰鬥周：納爾遜曼公德拉和一場改變國家的比賽》（Playing the Enemy: Nelson Mandela and the Game That Made a Nation）改編，講述的是曼德拉在多年的牢獄之災後成功競選總統一職，因南非被選為1995年橄欖球世界盃東道主，而決定支援南非的英式橄欖球隊-- 隊員都是白人的跳羚隊。跳羚隊曾因南非實行種族隔離制度而被國際賽事拒之門外，大部分的黑人一向將跳羚隊視為排外的符號，但當跳羚隊在加時賽打贏了新西蘭橄欖球隊贏得世界盃冠軍時，黑人與國內白人的隔膜亦隨之消失。弗朗西斯·皮爾納正是當時的橄欖球隊長，在世界盃舉辦過程中與曼德拉結下了深厚的友誼。
