糖醋雞翅
材料:
雞翅,
老薑,
蔥
調味料:
烏醋,
糖
做法:
1.將雞翅切成二段、老薑切片;
2.起油鍋爆香老薑,爆至金黃色後放入雞翅;
3.等雞翅半熟後加入醋、糖、醬油、酒及水拌勻;
4.等湯汁收乾後即可起鍋。
