◎簡 介
洛伊與其“阿達”好友賴利，因時運不濟找不到工作，兩人無意中發現摩登女郎瑪莉遺留在機場的一隻神秘公事包；兩人決定以拾金不昧的精神歸還此物。於是這對活寶展開瞭一段“尋找瑪莉”的瘋狂旅程，其中還引發一場激烈的搶匪追逐戰。過程趣味橫生，令人啼笑皆非，戲劇性地，他們竟成瞭大英雄。
點評：
金凱瑞早期的代表作，必看之作。手法流暢、自然。尤其是結尾一場戲，當金得知自己苦追的摩登女郎瑪莉已有丈夫，瑪莉向金介紹自己丈夫時，金此時猛拔手槍，向其夫狂射5彈，畫面一轉，才知這是金的幻想，金伸出手去與其夫握手，把人物內在的真實心理感覺描寫的淋漓盡致，同時又另觀眾笑到肚痛。
本片全美票房達到127,175,374美元，名列94年度賣座電影第六名。
此片中摩登女郎瑪莉的扮演者勞倫·霍莉是金凱瑞的老婆，兩人現已離婚，金的現任女友是《一個頭兩個大》裡的女主角，也就是《護士貝蒂》一片的女主角。
