尼可拉斯·凱吉生平及演藝簡介：
尼可拉斯·凱吉（Nicolas Cage，1964年1月7日－），原名尼可拉斯·金·柯波拉（Nicholas Kim Coppola），出生於美國加州長灘，父親為義大利裔，大導演法蘭西斯·科波拉的侄子。17歲進入電影行業，為免受其家族名聲的影響，改姓「凱吉」。1992年因在大衛·林區的公路影片《我心狂野》中扮演男主角而獲第43屆坎城影展金棕櫚大獎。1996年又憑藉《遠離賭城》中扮演的酒鬼一角奪得當年度奧斯卡最佳男主角獎。而後轉型於動作類影片，並且獲得成功。
尼可拉斯生於加州一個中產家庭，義大利裔父親August Coppola是文學教授，德國裔的母親Joy Vogelsang是舞蹈員。父母於他12歲時離異。基斯家族亦是演藝世家，兄弟和親屬不少也從事演藝事業，當中包括有演員和導演。
少年時，尼可拉斯入讀加州著名名流圈的比華利山高中，從而認識不少演藝圈中人，其後他在加州大學洛杉磯分校修讀電影，以藝名Nicolas Cage之名進軍影壇。
