豬扒洗淨抹乾水,切厚片,加醃料醃 10 分鐘,每件豬扒沾上少許麵粉,煎至兩面皆黃,盛出放烤皿上。Wash, wipe and cut pork loin into thick slices. Marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes. Dip both sides of pork with all-purpose flour. And shallow fry until golden brown. Put onto roasting tin.
下油 1 大匙,炒香洋蔥,下蘋果炒片刻,排在盛豬扒的烤皿上,灑上起司粉,放入已預熱好的烤箱中,用中上火烤約 20 分鐘,呈金黃色至熟。Stir fries onion with 1 TBSP oil, add in apple and fry for a while. Arrange on top of pork loin. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat oven and bake over moderate heat for 20 minutes until golden brown.
