Internationally revered, The King Khan & BBQ Show have released records on labels such as Crypt, Goner, In The Red, and Fat Possum, as well as influencing a variety of other artists. They are an elite powerhouse of top notch doo-wop/psych/r&b/r&r craziness that has been sorely lacking in today’s world of nu-grunge and calculated ‘careers’. In a span of just six years, they released three critically acclaimed albums, a mess of 45s, and toured the world, culminating in Lou Reed asking them to perform at the prestigious Sydney Opera House. They then broke up and went on hiatus. After a three year absence, they played a handful of select shows towards the end of last year and had such a great time, that they are heading back into the belly of the beast for some more!

來自蒙特利爾的鬼馬搖滾二人組合﹣The King Khan & BBQ Show ，簡稱KK﹠BBQ。他們的歌曲充斥Garage Rock 與龐克氣息，更把Doo-wop,Psych,R&B,R&R 等元素融入在他們狂野搖滾的音樂裡。首張同名專輯已令他們廣受讚譽。在出道短短數年間，KK & BBQ已推出三張備受矚目的專輯，並作世界巡迴演出。雖然於2010年樂隊曾一度分開，但於翌年已傳出樂隊正籌備下一張大碟。其後，KK﹠BBQ 在2012年宣佈再度重組並在Sydney演出，令樂迷再能一度感受到二人怎樣把Rock’n’roll精神帶到癲峰。
