◎簡　　介　

　　竊盜集團首領威爾(尼古拉斯·凱奇飾)在行動中被同夥出賣，威爾在警方趕到前，將搶來的巨款丟入鐵桶燒毀，但仍入獄八年。威爾出獄後原本想金盆洗手，並與女兒艾莉森修復關系，卻同時被FBI以及過去同夥找上，逼迫他交出當年的1000萬美金。
　　同夥文森擄走愛麗森，要威爾用巨款來贖回女兒，他必須在24小時內憑著一個5K20編號找到被藏在計程車後車廂的女兒，當時卻適逢紐奧良嘉年華會，街道上擠滿瞭成千上萬的人潮車輛，時間迫在眉梢，面對FBI的追捕以及文森的雙重威脅下，威爾決定鋌而走險，找回昔日拍檔蕾莉(瑪琳·阿克曼飾)，再大幹一票。
