[塑身] 打造腰瘦屁股翹腿又纖細的好身材-足下物語

大家應該光看標題就知道我今天要分享什麼了吧!

因為我本身是個上半身瘦

下半身比較胖的身材

所以我對於我的下半身很沒自信

一直在想辦法瘦下半身

但說真的要看起來瘦真的不是一兩天就可以達到的

尤其像我又那麼容易水腫的人

只要多喝點水或是沒睡飽就會腫得很嚴重

這時候真的只能靠外在的塑身產品來幫忙

今天要跟大家分享的就是我的救星

它們全部都是足下物語的東西

第一次收到的產品時就對它們的印象很好

除了我心中該有的標準都有達到之外我很喜歡它們的包裝

並不是包裝很美或是很華麗

而是她們堅持用可以環保回收的材質

雖然外觀上並不美觀

但我一直覺得包裝這種東西幾乎打開就會丟

為什麼一定要包那麼多製造那麼多垃圾

所以第一次看到它們的包裝就讓我覺得它們的環保觀念真的很棒!

大家看到首圖一定會很想罵我

為什麼看起來那麼瘦還要穿塑身裙

但我真的要說

塑身裙真的是個厲害的東西

比較之後才會發現穿上塑身裙不僅腰會比較瘦

另外屁股也會變得比較翹

甚至可以把大腿的肉上抬




我雖然是個屁股小有肉的人

但我的屁股真的不夠翹

加上每天都坐辦公室

我的屁股都快跟大腿連在一起了

另外最引以為傲的小肚肚也出現了一點小肉肉
